I´m thinking about buying a used primary light on e-bay, since primary lights for me are so f-king expensive. If i buy an american light i suppose they have an american charger. Is it possible just to change the inputcord and then charge, with that i mean 220 volts, under swedish/european conditions? Or do i need another - european - charger?
I´m not very good with stuff like this so excuse me if you think the question is rather stupid. For me though, it´s good to know the facts so I dont buy anything I can´t use.

It is usualy no problems at all. But of course it depends on the brand and type. All the chargers I got from Halcyon has changeable US standard cord. I just by a new European cord for use here and I save the US cord for Cave Diving in Florida :-).

This depends on the charger. If the charger can handle 230 V then, probably, all you need is to get a converter (adapter) between the US and Swedish outlet systems.
But if the charger can't handle 230 V I would suggest you to find the specifications of the batteries and buy an adequate charger here in sweden.

I guess i have to ask the seller. In this case it was an 18 watt Halcyon NMHI light.
