Not diving but speleological, Swedish Speleological Federation host a congress called "Baltic Speleological Congress" on 13 – 15 August 2007 in Visby, Gotland, Sweden.
Unfortunately no cave diving, but a lot off different seminars and field trips in others areas of caving and speleology.
